Her passion for education equity and excellence is also evident in her early work supporting English Language Learners and training teachers in effective literacy practices.

Mrs. Davenport holds a B.S. in Education with a minor in Spanish and an M.A. in Teaching from the University of Arkansas, along with an M.S.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University.
